You must refrain from:

• Harm the Luqta app by misusing the shipping services, My Wallet service, or any other app features.

Acceptable Use:

You must refrain from using the Luqta app in any way that causes or may cause damage to the app, impairs its availability or accessibility, or is used in any way that is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful, or is related to any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose or activity.

You must not use the Luqta App to copy, store, host, transmit, send, use, publish, or distribute any material that contains (or is linked to) any spyware, computer virus, Trojan horse, worm, keystroke logger, rootkit, or other malicious or harmful computer software.

You must not conduct any systematic or automated data collection activities (including, but not limited to, scraping, extracting, or harvesting) on ​​or in connection with our App without our express written consent.

Luqta Sales Policy: • For products listed for less than 100 riyals, the seller will deduct a 10% app commission and a 1 riyal bank transfer fee.

For receivables, the seller will deduct a 10% app commission and a 1 riyal bank transfer fee.

• For products listed at a price of 100 riyals or more, the seller will deduct a 15% commission from the app and a 5 riyal bank transfer fee for the dues.

The Luqta commission includes the following services: • Display services in the app and website, unlimited number of products. • Providing all secure payment options for your customers (Apple Pay, Mada, Visa, Cash on Delivery, STC Pay). • Product pickup and delivery service from your doorstep. • Our team serves your customers, with a protection period and buyer satisfaction confirmation to ensure consumer rights. • Fast delivery options within the same city and shipping to all parts of the Kingdom.
• Competitive delivery prices, discount offers, and marketing. • Additional income and automatic transfer of your dues within 10-20 days of confirmation that the buyer has successfully received the product.

Buyer Protection and Return Policy: If a buyer purchases a product and does not receive it, or receives a product that differs from what was described and photographed on the offer page, the buyer can

contact Luqta and return the product and receive a refund, subject to the conditions below: 1. All you have to do is click on Help and contact customer service within a maximum period of 3 days from the date you received the product

that you wish to return.
