How do I sell on Luqta?
Through the "+ Sell" icon on the home page > Product images > Select the product type > Complete the product information > Set its price > Click "Sell Now"! Now your product is available to everyone.
What can I sell on Luqta?
You can sell your new or used fashion products, whether bags, shoes, dresses, blouses, skirts, abayas, accessories, or perfumes.
What do I do when I receive an order from Luqta?
Through the "Your Sales" page on the home page > Select "Accept Order" > Update your bank details to receive profits > Specify your address for the representative to receive the product from you.
The policy (your shipment information sheet) will appear in the "My Sales" section after the order is accepted.
Print the policy > Attach it with your product.
Wait for the representative to contact you to collect the shipment.
When will the representative contact me? What should I deliver to the representative?
The representative will contact you within three to six days of accepting the order. Hand over your product and attach the policy to the representative as soon as they contact you. When a shipping company representative contacts you, they may mention that you have a "return request," meaning a product pickup request. Contact them again to schedule a pickup if they have contacted you previously.
What is a shipping policy?
Your shipment information sheet. It is attached to your product to ensure it reaches its destination (the buyer).
Where can I find the policy? And the tracking number?
You will receive the policy after you accept the order. Go to your sales page > Download the policy. You will also receive it by mail and via WhatsApp. If you do not receive it or it does not work for you, contact our team via the "Help" icon at the bottom of the page - Contact Us
I was unable to print the shipping policy. What should I do?
The policy must be printed and securely attached to your product to ensure it reaches the buyer without loss. Make sure the product is well packaged to avoid damage during the shipping process.
Who packs the shipment, me or the shipping company?
You must package your product well and secure the policy. If your product is breakable or damaged, it must be safely delivered to the buyer.
Who pays the shipping cost?
Shipment delivery is paid for by the buyer.
What happens if I reject a buyer's order?
The buyer will receive a refund. However, this will affect your seller rating.
When will I receive my earnings?
Make sure your financial information is updated correctly through the app. You will receive them within 7 days, or a maximum of 20 days, of (buyer confirmation) receiving the product. Where can I find details of my earnings? You can view your receivables through the "My Sales" page. The "My Activity" icon at the bottom of the home page displays the details and status of your orders.

I haven't received my earnings?
Make sure you have entered your correct information and that the product has been delivered to the customer successfully. When you report a product, the transfer of your receivables is suspended until the dispute is resolved. If your information is correct, the customer has successfully received the product, and 20 days have passed, you still haven't received your receivables. You can contact the Luqta team for assistance via the "Contact Us" icon at the bottom of the home page.
If I entered my bank details incorrectly, what is the deadline to claim my benefits?
We are not responsible if 90 days have passed without a response regarding the bank details for the profits. (The app is not responsible for any payments made outside the app.)
Can I cancel an order after it has been accepted?
You can cancel the order before receiving it from the shipping company. If the order has been received from the shipping company, you will not have the option to cancel, but this will affect your acceptance rate as a seller.
What happens if a shipment is lost by the shipping company?
For the seller: The seller will be compensated with the product profits listed in the app. For the buyer: The full amount paid within the app will be refunded.
What happens if I deliver the wrong shipment to the shipping company?
The seller bears the cost of returning the shipments, and Luqta will coordinate, reschedule, and create new shipping policies to ensure the successful delivery of the product to the buyer.
What happens if I contact the buyer outside of Luqta?
If you exploit the platform and messages to pay outside the app, you will receive a warning, and your account and services on the platform may be suspended. This is due to your failure to comply with Luqta's terms and conditions, which help ensure the sustainability of our business. Payments and shipping outside the app also expose you to fraud, for which the platform disclaims responsibility.
